He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Clair and Ima Eleanor Lacy (Rich); and his siblings, Robert, Harvey and Claudia.
He is survived by: his brother Gene; and his nephews, Timothy and Douglas.
A memorial has been established to Valley View Christian School.
