Gladys Doremus Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Doremus (Gering, Nebraska), who passed away on November 17, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Parmenter and Etta Parmenter (Bartow); her husband Gerald "Jerry" Doremus; her grandmother Boop; and her children, Rev. Dwaine Doremus (Janice) of Wentworth, SD, Ron Doremus (Lynda) of Gering, NE and Pat Livengood (Terry) of Chappell, NE. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, two brothers, three sisters, and dozens of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Masks will be required during the visitation time and all Covid protocols will be observed.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Regional West Homecare and Hospice or The DOVES program in Gering.
