He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ross and Pauline Ross (Piel); his sisters, Nancy Neal, Jackie Stanfield and Rosemary Ross; and his parents-in-law, Leland and Irene Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kay Nelson; his sons, Chaning (Jessiellee) and Jason (Cortney); his grandchildren, Caysen, Ryder, Gavyn, Ashtyn and Axyl Ross; his daughter Ametha Landen (Clay); and his siblings, Farrell Ross (Donna), Nonie Brakeman and Vonda Kilthau (Paul). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Memorials may be given to Chuckwagon Church.
