He was predeceased by: his parents, James Millay and Sharon Millay (Holmes); and his grandparents, Edward, Stella Millay, Richard and Daisy Holmes.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his daughters, Elizabeth, Madeline and Alaina of Gering; his parents-in-law, Doug and Louise Kent of Scottsbluff; his siblings, Bob Millay (Linda) of Riverton, UT and Lisa Good (Rick) of Moorcroft, WY; his nephew Dee Davis; his nieces, Darcy Hillyard (Korey) of Cedar City, UT, Kaydee Stewart (Ronnie) of South Heart, ND, Hannah Manley of Lincoln, NE and Grace Manley of Omaha, NE; his great-nephews, Drayton, Kayson Hillyard of Cedar City, UT and Chap Stewart of South Heart, ND; and his great-niece Savvy Stewart of South Heart, ND..
Due to Covid restrictions, a private family funeral mass took place Monday, December 14th.
A memorial in Doug's honor may be made to St. Agnes Catholic School Foundation.
