He was predeceased by: his father Bernard "Berny" Minturn; and his niece Ashley Minturn. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Minturn (Francis) of Genoa, NE; his brother Dave Minturn (Mary) of Dexter, IA; his stepsons, Brandyn Berlin of Genoa, NE and Corey Seymour of Lincoln, NE; his nephew Adam Ackerson of Poynette, WI; his niece Ashley Hirsch (Andy) of Norwalk, IA.; and his close friend Amy Zarek of Genoa, NE..
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ramaekers Patrick Funeral Chapel (420 Willard Ave, Genoa, NE 68640). A reception was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rock's Bar (406 Willard Ave, Genoa, NE 68640).
