She is survived by: her former husband Robert "Bob" Cuba; her husband James F. Kosek of Genoa; her sons, Daniel Cuba (Pamela) of Columbus, Dean Cuba of Columbus, David Cuba (Nancy) of DeSoto and Darold Cuba of Columbus; her siblings, Edward P. Liss (Pat) of Fullerton, Robert Liss (Peggy) of Aurora, CO and Helena Chinn (Rod) of Columbus; and her sister-in-law Jan Liss of Columbus. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 9 step great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
