She is survived by: her husband Allen Ternus; her siblings, Chuck Kersten (Susan) of Omaha, NE and Dianne Wendt (Delaine) of Leigh, NE; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Kersten. She is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the VFW.
