It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Koehler Picard (Geneva, Nebraska), who passed away on August 8, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He enjoyed the Monday morning coffee with the "guys" from town until it was discontinued due to the COVID Pandemic.

Memorials are suggested to the Belly Button Run to benefit Gastroschisis in care of Carleen Light.
