He is survived by: his children, John Schneider (Lorrie Trussell) of Boulder, Jerry Schneider of Seattle, Leslie Siegler (Robert) of Oro Valley, Jolene Perry (Blake) of Flagstaff and Amy Schneider of Dallas, Texas; his sisters, Mary Jo Nitsch of Omaha and Gertrude Schneider of Geneva, Nebraska; and his grandchildren, Blake Perry Jr., Tanner Perry, Garret Perry, Cameron Siegler, Tori Siegler, Calli Siegler and Mila Agnew.
