He is survived by: his former wife Candace Hansen; his daughters, Rachel Blatt, Elizabeth Davis and Faith Smith; his grandchildren, Kayla Hollenbeck and Christopher Blatt; his great grandchild Nora Hollenbeck; and his brothers, Rick, Ronnie, Roger and Randy Davis.
