With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard M. Nicholas (Geneva, Nebraska), who passed away on March 6, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Nicholas and Marjorie Nicholas (Richardson); his stepfather Celester Goman; and his granddaughter Theresa Katherine Michl. He is survived by: his nephew Glen Coffey; his wife Doris Harre; his children, Shari Michl (Alan) of Exeter, Tim Nicholas (Marie) of Central City and Hope Strate (Ken) of Exeter; his grandchildren, Allison Bitz (James), Nathan Michl (Abby), Matt Nicholas (Jenny), Angela Broekmeier (Noah), Deidre Boyle (Kevin) and Victoria Androyna; his great grandchildren, Evie, Jonah Bitz, Cason Michl, Leo, Layne Nicholas, Oliver and Amelia Broekmeier; his sister Sharon Grove (Don) of North Fork, California; his siblings-in-law, Leona Smith, Jeanette Paulus, Evelyn Coffey and Frank Harre; and his pet Angie. He is also survived by his wife, his kids, grandkids.
