He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardis Jansen and Rudolph Jansen; his siblings-in-law, Rol Stock, Ron Davis, Jerry Krause and Jean Stock; and his nephew Marc Krause.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jansen of Exeter; his daughter Kristen Jansen-Ruhl; his grandchildren, Payton, Tyler and Jakob of Cairo, Nebraska; his daughter Erin Jansen; his grandchild Aliya Awadey of Denver, Colorado; his sisters, Shirley Krause of Geneva, Nebraska and Colleen Davis of Hastings, Nebraska; and his siblings-in-law, Carol and Larry Starr of Crete. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
