She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Lee and Catherine Agnes Lee (Conroy); her husband Albert Simacek; and her siblings, Gerald, Herald, Wayne and Betty Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Albert Lee Jr. (Mary) of St. Libory, NE, Todd Edward (Kristi) of Geneva, NE., Cindy Moyle (Jeff) of Fairmont, NE and Sherrie Matthies of Fairmont, NE; her grandchildren, Andy Moyle (Savannah), Audrey Kroll (Zac), Jenny Simacek, Shelby Colgrove (Dylan), Brandi Andrews (Daniel), Sydney Foland (Levi), Mason Simacek, Zack Ackland, Erick Ackland (Dorothy), Alex Matthies and Catherine Matthies; and her great grandchildren, Annabelle, Jaxx Kroll, Oliver, Walker, Tanner Colgrove, Loretta Foland, Sophia, Abigail and Lydia Ackland.
Memorials are to be directed to the family to be designated at a later date in Patty's name.
