She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward M. Soukup Sr. and Helen Sladek Soukup; and her significant other Ronald. She is survived by: her children, David (Debra), Rhonda (Mark), Debra and Mark; her grandchildren, Seth (Katie Rippe), Ross Rippe, Drew Kendall (Sydney) and Tim Hecke; her great grandchildren, Kara Hecke, Avery Rippe and Kourtney Hecke; and her brother Mike Soukup (Rhonda Bartels). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, numerous other relatives and dear friends.
Memorials are to be directed to the family to be designated at a later date.
