He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Frances Prater (Chapman) and Curtis Frances; and his sister Priscilla. He is survived by: his significant other Carole; his children, Curtis (Deb), Phillip (Nancy), Janice, Mary, Harley, Michelle, Robin, Katie, Ken, Tim (Judy) and Don; his great grandchildren, Kalon, Kade, Leighton, Leo, Leah, Taylar, Owen and Tyler; his brother Donald Prater; and also, Bob, Phoenix and Don. He is also survived by 7 children, mom, dad and grandmother.
