She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrl Ernst and Maebelle Ernst (Decker); her husband Bob Murrell; her brother Arly Ernst; her grandparents, George and Elizabeth Decker; her grandson Zack Murrell; and also, Patsy Jo Ahrens, John and Julia Murrell.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Eugene (Judy Murrell) of Chillicothe, Barbara Kay (Dave Scheil) of Lake Elsinore, Sharon Lea (Tom Slezak) of Fairmont, Robert Dennis (Jina Murrell) of Ellsworth and Julie Dillman of York; her son-in-law Larry Ahrens of Farragut; and her sister-in-law Norma Ernst of Reno Nevada. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Memorials are to be directed to the family to be designated at a later date in Joyce's name.
