With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean F. Ashby (Geneva, Nebraska), born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on April 17, 2019 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles B. Fricke and Laura May Smith Fricke (Mary); and her sister Mary Kay (Charles). She is survived by: her great grandchild Ava Jean; her children, Sarah (Tony Sawtell) of Santa Fe and Jim (Janice) of Geneva; her grandchildren, Katherine, Ed Mirecki, Andrew and Kyla Sawtell; and her sister Doris Corbridge of Naperville, Illinois. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
