He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Nunns and Naomi Nunns Jr. (Arnold); and his nephew Brian Nunns. He is survived by: his wife Karen Nunns (Solomonson) of Geneva; his brothers, Tom Nunns (Linda) of Lincoln, George Nunns of Beatrice and Larry Nunns of Lincoln; his stepdaughters, Kristen Monteforte (Joe), Amy Trenolone (Tom) and Gretchen Anderson (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Morgan Houck (Ross), Colin Monteforte (Malinda), Cameron Anderson, Lauryn Monteforte, Claire Anderson, Jack Trenolone and Gunnar Trenolone; his great grandchildren, Emerson Monteforte, Harper Houck and Rowan Monteforte; and his niece Diana Schlif (Jim).
