It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald D. Kimbrough Jr. (Geneva, Nebraska), who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr. Kimbrough and Eleanor Kimbrough (Cox); his parents-in-law, Emil and Louise Girmus; and his sister-in-law Janelle Kimbrough.
He is survived by: his children, Eleanor, Kevin Dean (Lisa) of Ohiowa and Jodi Dawn (Damian De Rozairo) of Omaha; his wife Karen (Girmus) of Geneva; his grandchildren, Madeline, Thayne Kimbrough, Brendan Jolley, Rogan, Connor and Trevor Jenkins; his siblings, Dr. James Kimbrough (Carole), Roger Kimbrough (Cathy), Clinton Kimbrough (Laurie) and Kathryn Peppard (Marty); and his brother-in-law Norman Girmus (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Memorials are to be directed to the family to be designated at a later date.
