She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Duba and Esther Duba (Engel); her husband William F. "Bill" Slezak; her brother Delbert W. Duba; her parents-in-law, William and Anne Slezak; her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Tupa, Jimmie L. Zalesky and Betty Alfred (Slezak); and her niece Katherine Bedient (Tupa).
She is survived by: her children, Terry Ann and William "Billy" Albert; her children-in-law, Terry Brandt of Tobias, Nebraska and Jana Slezak of Milligan, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Jeremy Brandt (Lee) of Crete, Jacob Brandt (Ivy Lutz) of Lincoln, Jessica Brandt of Daykin, Shane Slezak (Jasmine) of Milligan, Nebraska, Shawn Slezak (Jennifer) of Milligan, Nebraska and Taylor Slezak (Joey Gilmer) of Milligan, Nebraska; her sisters, Shirley J. Zalesky of Omaha and Esther M. Tupa of Wilber, Nebraska; her sister-in-law Carol Duba of Milligan, Nebraska; her great grandchildren, Kailee, Brittany (Joe), Jake, Emily (Josh), Lyla, Beau, Tyler "TJ", Noah, Lily, Kaydence, Jade, Kasen and Lennon; and her great great grandchildren, Kinlee, Julius and Charlotte. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Due to the Covid 19 epidemic, there will be a private family lunch following the Funeral Service.
