He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Ephriam Fowler and Ora Frances Piatt; his nephew Randy Fowler; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Wyatt and Mike Merritt.
He is survived by: his wife Deloris; his children, Dwain Fowler (Maxine) of Midlothian, Crystal Taylor (Robert) of Cedar Rapids, Laronda Miller (Carter) of Scottsbluff, Melissa Shoemaker (Jack) of Duncanville, Delwin Fowler (Techy) of Tarapoto and Janelle DeBoer (Rick) of Firth, Nebraska; and his siblings, Don Fowler (Pat) of Columbus and Norma Joy Merritt of Vinton, Iowa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
