She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Stava and Augusta Stava (Jensen); her sister Bridget; her husband Thomas Blevins; and her siblings, Jean Bruner (Stava), Mary Dhooge (Stava), Martin, Ralph, Lee and Joseph Stava.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas L Blevins, Jr. (Sandy) of Jay, FL, Debora (Blevins), Sole (Arnold) of Leavenworth, KS, Ralph Blevins (Laura) of Topeka, KS, Christine (Blevins), Picard (Daniel) of Crete, NE, Robert Blevins (Sharon) of Stromsburg, NE and Marie Rewerts (Blevins) of Geneva, NE; her brother John Stava of Bloomington, Indiana; and her stepsisters, Florene Nickles of Lincoln, NE and Shirley Brugman of Port Arthur, TX. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
