He is survived by: his former spouse LaNora Mae Hopken of Martland; his stepson Dr. Dennis Headrick (Lorie Headrick) of Lincoln; his wife Patricia Headrick (Hobbs); his daughter Suzanne Galyen of Meadow Grove; his grandchildren, Michael Galyen, Ryan Galyen (Katie), Mark Galyen (Danielle), Princeton, Jana Dux (Mike) of Holly Springs, NC and Kristin Cable (Ryan) of Leawood, KS.; his great grandchildren, Ethne Dux, Caris Dux, Graham Cable, Asher Galyen, Emeri Galyen, Tobias Galyen, Wesley Jean Galyen, Addisyn Galyen and Mileigh Galyen; his stepchildren, Jody Houck, Sondra Myers (Delwin) of Strang and Doug Bruning of Bruning; his siblings, Donna Jacobsen of Lincoln and Daniel Dean Schrock of Oklahoma; and his brother-in-law Ronald Bauer of Geneva, NE..
