He is survived by: his wife Michelle Christensen of Belgrade; his stepchildren, Kadin, Conner and Brian Davis; and his siblings, Bridgett Perkowski of Lake City, PA, Belinda Rozzel (Douglas) of Cleveland, OH, Tonya Wienczkowski (Alan) of Erie, PA, Jack Petri (Brenda) of Erie, Walter Perkowski of Albion, PA and Joseph Perkowski (Marilyn) of Erie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
