She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Bernhardt and Ruth Bernhardt (Fowler); her husband Michael Hoffman; and her siblings, Shirley Coombe, Kenny Bernhardt and Darlene McAllister.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Mike McAllister of Weatherford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Victory Baptist Church (210 Germand St, Fullerton, NE 68638).
