He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dee Sand and Leona Marie Sand (Ouellette); and his brother James Sand. He is survived by: his fiancé DeeAnn Kizziah; his daughters, Angela Lopez (Antonio) of El Paso and Michelle Brown (Justin); his sister Lisa St Louis (Shawn); his grandchildren, Andy, Augustine, Alex Lopez, Colin and Marissa Brown; his niece Jessica (Michael Bohn); and his nephew Tyler St. Louis.
