Floyd Johansen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Johansen of Friend, Nebraska, who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Vera Jane; his siblings, Willard, Oliver (Ella Mae Johansen) and Eleanor; his stepson Richard Milton; his great grandchildren, Alex Mitchell and Jarod Mitchell; his brothers-in-law, Robert, David and Douglas Dekker; his stepsister Lila Mae Janosek (Al); his stepmother Lila Johansen; and his sister-in-law Dolores Dekker.

He is survived by: his children, Oliver, Floyd, Willard and Eleanor; his friend Post Office; his stepchildren, Barb, Van Springer and Sandy Milton of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Chad (Gaynelle Springer) of Grand Island, Trent (Andrea Springer) of Grand Island, Kristi Jo (Daren Mitchell) of Grand Island, Erin (Andrew Cunningham) of Grand Island, Rikkie (Tom Furse) of Grand Island and Kasey Milton of Grand Island; and his sisters-in-law, Marge Johansen, Nancy Dekker of Mobridge, SD and Jeri Dekker. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
