He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Bartek and Georgia Bartek (Dvorak); his stepmother Bessie; his siblings, Albert, Valerian, Leonard, Gerald and Angela Lucas; and his stepsiblings, Art Pracheil and Pauline Nannen.
He is survived by: his half-sister Marlene Bartek; and his stepsisters, Wilma Chrastil and Evelyn Kasl. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
