It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Eurek of Fremont, Nebraska, born in Loup City, Nebraska, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Jakob and Elizabeth Jakob (Guzinski); her brother Jake Jakob; her brothers-in-law, Virgil Kaminski, Tiny Placek and Jim Eurek; and her great grandchild Izellah Engnell.
She is survived by: her former husband Jerome Eurek; her husband Jerry; her children, Larry Eurek (Lori) of Fremont and Cathy Goebel of Lincoln, NE; her sisters, Dixie Placek of Omaha and Judy Kaminski of St. Paul, NE; her siblings-in-law, Renee Jakob of Fremont, Janie Husk (Garry) of Fremont, Mary Ann Eurek of Omaha, NE and Ray Eurek (Janet) of Phillips, NE; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew Goebel, Olivia Swanson and Michaela Eurek.
Memorials may be given to St Jude Children's Hospital.
