Virgil A. Post Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2021, at the age of 94, Virgil A. Post of Fremont, Nebraska, born in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Post and Blanche Post (Falconer); his wife Eleanor A. Grannemann; his daughters, Dawn Post and Valerie Sullivan; and his siblings, Helen Bashford, Forrest, Marion and Meredith Post.
He is survived by: his son Jon Post (Jennifer) of San Clemente, CA; his grandchildren, Kate Connick (Toby) and Josh Devoe (Megan); and his great grandchildren, Alisa, Wyatt, Ainsley and Leah.
Memorials may be directed to the Pathfinder Chorus or Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
