She is survived by: her boyfriend Gary Timme; her sons, Anthony Hayner (Katie) of Fremont, Christopher Hayner (Devin) of Valley, NE and Daniel Hayner (Taryn) of Buckeye, AZ; and her siblings, William Courtney of San Diego, CA, Timothy Courtney of Des Moines, IA, Michael Courtney, Kathrine Stuhr of Muscatine, IA, Deborah Freebury (Gene) of Charles City, IA and Sheree Lang (Gary) of Letts, IA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
