She is survived by: her parents, Patrick Cusack and Terri Cusack (Taylor); her children, Jacob Schieffer (Andrea) of Fremont, Jasmine Hoffman (Jeremy) of Fremont, Jenna Loftis (Ray) of Fremont and Jessica Alex (Justyn) of Norfolk, NE; her sister Jacqueline Taylor (McFarland); and also, Hope Domingues, Richard, Donna Schieffer and Debra Domingues. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
