With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Steve Kerwin of Fremont, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 28, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Steve may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Kerwin and Karen Kerwin (Dunker); and his brother Jeff Kerwin. He is survived by: his children, Bradley Kerwin and Paige Kerwin; his grandson Brayden Kerwin; his sister Kim (Scott Roberts); his stepmother Sylvia Kerwin; and his sister-in-law Deb Kerwin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Moser Memorial Chapel Funeral & Cremation Services (2170 N Somers Ave, Fremont, NE 68025). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
