He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Lurz and Eilean Lurz. He is survived by: his wife Carleen Naegele-Lurz of Fremont, NE; his son Michael L; his stepsons, TJ Johnson (Brooke) of Omaha, NE and Carl Johnson of Carter Lake, IA; his brothers, Walter (Sonja) and Lyle (Diane); and his grandsons, Santiago, Andrew and Lincoln. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and step-nieces and nephews.
