He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Humlicek and Emma Humlicek (Schmid); and his brothers, Victor, Frank, Ed and George Humlicek.
He is survived by: his wife Harriet L. Kunneman of Fremont; his daughters, Linda Klein (Ron) of Naples and Connie Stevenson (Jon) of East Norriton, Pennsylvania; his sister Bonnie Kadavy of Weston, NE; his sisters-in-law, Nadine Humlicek of Yutan, NE and Rita Humlicek of New Castle, NE; and his grandchildren, Zak and Nik Klein.
