He is survived by: his daughter Myranda Parkhurst of Gothenburg, Nebraska; and his siblings, Donald Nelsen (Barb Scheppers) of Fremont, Roy Nelsen of Colorado, Timmy Nelsen of York, Nebraska and Karen Johnson (Brian Parker) of Tennessee. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
