He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Vannoy and Elaine Vannoy (Benson); his wife Christine Bard; his brother Ernie; his granddaughter Ashley Elaine Vannoy; and his daughter-in-law Cheryl Vannoy.

He is survived by: his sons, Alan Vannoy (Liz) of Elkhorn, NE, Dennis (Marla) of Citra, FL and Robert (Mona) of Fremont; and his siblings, Jack, Don, Jim, Susan and Kathleen. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
