He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Bergstrom and Fred Bergstrom; and his brothers, Robert Bergstrom, Thomas Bergstrom and Dr. Bergstrom.
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Bergstrom; his children, Kirsten Bergstrom of Helsinki, Finland, Lars Bergstrom (Renee) of Lone Tree, Annika George (Stephen) of Waterloo and Karna Bock (Matt) of Leawood; and his siblings, Patricia Smith, Mary Bergstrom and John Bergstrom. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
Memorials suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project or Sinai Lutheran Church in Fremont, NE.
