He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Florence and Clara Florence; his son Randy Florence; his sister Linda Florence Evans; and his sister-in-law Cynthia Florence.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Florence (Otteman); his children, Billy Joe Florence, Shelia Blackburn (Dan) of Fremont, Bobbi Jo Martin (Ryan) of Windsor, CO, Carrie A. Jackson (Michael) of Omaha and Jennifer Kauble (Brian Janowiak) of Omaha; his siblings, Jim Florence, Elaine Florence McLaughlin (Tyson) and Alaine Florence McCrea (Jerry); and his brother-in-law Dwight Evans. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Shop With A Cop or the May Museum.
