She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eurek and Pauline Eurek (Stenka); her husband James "Jake" Jakob; her brothers, James and Raymond Eurek; her sister-in-law Virginia Eurek; and her nephew Rob Kusak.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jerome Eurek of Fremont and Janette; and her siblings-in-law, Garry Husk of Fremont, Janet Eurek of Phillips and Maryann Eurek of Omaha. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
