He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Obermiller and Alice Obermiller (Caddy); his wife Janice Kreizel; his son Thomas Obermiller; and his siblings, Opal Steele, Mary Bailey, Otto "Frank", Harold and Earl Obermiller.
He is survived by: his children, Lizzetta Elder (Victor), Raymond D. "Bud" Jr. Obermiller (Nancy) and Rodney Obermiller (Mardell). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
