It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orin Haas of Fremont, Nebraska, born in Lyle, Minnesota, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Haas and Clara Haas (Helgeson); his wife Nancy McMahon; and his brother LaVern Haas. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Haas (Lois) of Fremont and Amie Menking (Seth) of Fremont; his stepchildren, Kevin McMahon of Los Angeles, CA and Christy Maness (Bruce) of Slaughterville, OK; his sister Delores Kaihoi of Pharr, TX; his sister-in-law Donna Haas of Austin, MN; his grandchildren, Ian, Raina, Aiden, Michael, Tommy and Courtney; and his great grandchildren, John, Brooklyn, Blake, Bruce and Priscilla.
Memorials may be directed to Calvary United Methodist Church in Fremont.
