He is survived by: his children, Mike Foxworthy of Nashville, Tennessee, Lee Ann Ruwe (Daniel Cleary) of Fremont and Jodi Barton (Glen) of Fremont; his sisters, Dorothy M. Haar of Fremont and Mary Via of Indianapolis, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Jacob (Kim), Lauren, Emily (Billy), Zachary, Ryan (Alesha), Joshua and Myah. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
