It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Mentzer of Fremont, Nebraska, who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Honcik and Bessie Honcik (Spulak); and her siblings, Ed, Joe, Bob Honcik, Marcella Greunke, Arlene Kessler and Gladys Kort.
She is survived by: her sons, Bill Mentzer (Twyla) of Fremont and Kevin Mentzer of Altadena, CA; her sister Geri Kessler of Kansas; and her grandsons, Nicholas Mentzer (Erica) and Nathan Mentzer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Moser Memorial Chapel Funeral & Cremation Services (2170 N Somers Ave, Fremont, NE 68025). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the Fremont Senior Center or Dreamweavers.
