It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlo Milligan of Fremont, Nebraska, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Milligan and Illma Milligan (Sheldon) of Fremont, Nebraska.; his siblings, LaVern Milligan and Lucille Parham (Milligan); and his sister-in-law Vicky Milligan.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Milligan (Osterberg) of Florissant, Missouri; his daughter Carolyn Kay Roubideaux of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his brother Mickey Milligan (Nancy); and his brothers-in-law, Roger Osterberg, Neil Osterberg and Glenn Parham. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, one grandniece and many close friends.
