She was predeceased by: her parents, Orrin Smith and Jennie Smith (Hampton); her husband Gerald; and her siblings, William O. Smith (Iris), Velma Cooper (Phillip), Opal Lofdahl (Willard) and Dan Smith (Elaine).
She is survived by: her son Keith (Mari); and her grandchildren, Brooke and Adam. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
