She is survived by: her son Ronald Prokop of Cave Creek, AZ; her daughter-in-law Elaine Prokop of Lansing, KS; her grandsons, Zachary and Jared Prokop; her great grandchildren, Lyla, Vivian and Emmy; and her niece Mary Prokop.
