Louise Matson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Matson of Fremont, Nebraska, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Julia Helen Fritz (Christensen); her husband Claus M. Matson; her daughters, Donna Hass and Cheryl Smith; and her siblings, Lyle, Larry "Dean" Fritz, Vivian Mecham and Darlene Panowicz.
She is survived by: her children, James Callaway, Terry Wright and Linda Roop (Robert); her stepdaughters, Claudia Retynski and Karen Andrews; and her siblings, Duane Fritz, Leonard Fritz, Arlene Vhylidal (Stan), Donita Krumback, Judy Cook and Betty Swicker (Mike). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; and several neices and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the Fremont Veterans Park.
