With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorene Emerson of Fremont, Nebraska, born in David City, Nebraska, who passed away on December 22, 2021 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Georgia Ann Mumm. She is survived by: her daughters, Misty Story (Brian) of Fremont and Felicia Emerson (Matt McDonald) of Fremont; her siblings, Mike Emerson of Omaha and Lynn Vartanian of Misssouri; and her grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler Story, Izzak, Edward Varejcka and Maverick McDonald.
