He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Johnson and Amelia Lillyanna Johnson (Buettner); his siblings, Milton Johnson (Betty), Melvin Johnson, Donald Johnson (Ardith), Marvin Johnson, Franklin Johnson (Marian), Darlene Eaton (Jim), Alyene Crosley (Ross), Joyce Crosley (Ron) and Lucille Faughender (Chuck); his brother-in-law Roy Rogers; and his pets, Callie, Zoe and Tia.
He is survived by: his wife Rose; his daughters, Julie Kindler (Tom) of Fremont and LaRae Denny (Mark) of Fremont; his sister Beverly Boes (Bob) of Gregory, SD; his sisters-in-law, Jean Johnson, Donna Rogers and Jeanette Lhorak (Jan); his grandchildren, Scyler Ritthaler, Mallory Hoskins (Lane), Jeremy Denny and Paige Denny; and his great grandchild Peyton Ritthaler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
